Marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience turning ideas into impactful campaigns that connect brands with real people.
Hi! I’m Alicia
I’m a marketing leader with more than 15 years of experience building creative, data-driven campaigns that help brands connect with the communities they serve. In my current role as a Senior Marketing Manager, I lead regional marketing strategy across 14 states and more than 350 retail locations, developing omnichannel campaigns that bring together digital, social, influencer partnerships, events, and local market activations. I love translating big picture brand strategy into campaigns that resonate locally and drive meaningful results.
Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work across broadcasting, local government, and national retail marketing. I’ve managed large marketing budgets, partnered closely with sales and leadership teams, and built strategies grounded in both creativity and data. My experience spans brand development, content creation, social media strategy, SEO, and campaign performance analysis —skills that help me design marketing programs that not only stand out but deliver measurable impact.
I’m a lifelong Oregonian and love calling the Pacific Northwest home. I met my husband in college at Western Oregon University — we were paired to work together over the year, although we didn’t actually start dating until almost three years later. We’ve now been married for nearly 14 years and have two incredible kids. My son, who is almost 13, plays baseball as both a pitcher and catcher and recently made his select team after years of dedication and hard work. My daughter, who just turned six, is the strongest person I know. She was diagnosed with a rare syndrome when she was only a month old, and she continues to inspire our family every day. She looks up to her big brother and is excited to play tee-ball this year.
Our home is a lively one — we have two cats, Mochi and Millie, a dachshund named Mabel, chickens, ducks, and a full beehive. When I’m not working, you can usually find me outside exploring the Pacific Northwest with my family, working in my garden, going to concerts, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
